Delete some unused definitions

Delete some unused definitions

- To simplify, removed some unused definitions: customer, merchant,
credential, payment agent.
- Moved credential dfn text to the “Credentials” use case.
- Tweaked definition of transaction
- Added definition of purchase
- Added link to glossary with explanation about simplicity of terms in
this document.
- Added examples of payment instruments, schemes, and operators. PLEASE
REVIEW!
