(1) revert prematurely added reference to TTV utility;
(2) change "TTML Content profile" to "TTML profile" to avoid implication that a TTML profile defines a document profile (which it does not do at this time);
(3) add note explaining use of <p/> for presentational versus semantic purposes in the TTML Body fragment example (1.2);
