A person or organization can have different contact points, for different purposes. For example, a sales contact point, a PR contact point and so on. This property is used to specify the kind of contact point. Sample values for contactType include “Sales”, “Customer Service”, “Technical Support”, “Reservations”, and “Public Relations”.
True if this contact point is a toll-free phone or fax number.
True if the telephone number utilizes technology to communicate with hearing impaired individuals.
The product or service this support contact point is related to (such as product support for a particular product line). This can be a specific product or product line (e.g. “iPhone”) or a general category of products or services (e.g. “smartphones”).
The customer location served by this phone number. E.g., if the number is intended to be called by people in Europe, the service location would be "Europe", even if the organization being called is located in North America.
