This specification extends the events and features defined in DOM Events Level 3.

Work on this document has been discontinued and it should not be referenced or used as a basis for implementation. Features defined in previous versions of this document have moved to Document Object Model (DOM) Level 3 Events Specification.

There is a bug tracker for this specification but it is no longer used.
