made Turtle one of the two formats that MUST be published, removed RDF/XML from the examples but added it to those the MUST be understood. (so deprecating it) following up on the discussion in december 2011 http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xg-webid/2011Dec/0285.html
